Should I sleep or nah

What is the best period to sleep as a NEET? I used to sleep 18:00 and wake up 02:00 and this was the best I could find but now I can't because the game is during this time so I'm sleeping at the morning, I'm thinking about sleeping 00:00 or 03:00... I should just sleep...
