should i just give up and become a neet? (22M)

Hello I am currently an accounting student at a Canadian university and have been failing my accounting courses in a roll for almost a year now and, to make the matter worse I had issues finding a job that pays me anything above the minimum wages. Currently I am pondering if I should: 1. Continue my degree study in accounting while taking accounting courses outside 2. Switch to marketing degree while taking accounting courses outside 3. Just give up on my university study in general while taking my courses ouside please let me know what your suggestions are since I just found out how hopeless my situation is.
