Lost track of time again f
Been unemployed for a few months now and can't bring myself to apply again, my hair feels smoother, a few gray hairs disappeared and the one winkle i got last year also seem to have disappeared and no more back pain which i had almost daily before. But on the other side without any outside influence or other reasons to leave my appartement more than once a week to get groceries i lose track of time more and more, today was the worst so far, i was convinced it was tuesday but well, apparently its not lmao which means i need to wait another week for the trash to be picked up, sheit. Need to get a somewhat decent routine again, had decent routines and hobbies on semester breaks but this time with it not being a real break, the burden and pressure to find something new just crushes out any motivation to do anything else but nothing. Yet i had so much fun in the lone activities i had before, where did all the creativity go? Were a few years working shifts really that bad? \#Alright goal \-Bed before 1 am, up before 8 am. \-Quick news read and finding out wtf day even is lmao. \-Leave room once a day even if its just 10 minutes. \-Have two normal meals every day again instead of nothing or snacks. \-Excersice outside again, that crosstrainer really ain't helping with leaving the room. Lets not get ahead of ourselves and leave it at this for now. Anyone wants to casually join along? Could really use someone to talk about how it goes once a day or so.1
