Is there any way to travel the world for cheap?

Ideally something where I can travel and work with groups of people. I have no work experience and traditional careers don't interest me. I've lived most of the last 5 years locked up at home and its really getting old. I'm lonely and bored. I would love to just travel around, work enough to just sustain myself, hopefully with other groups of people because I need a sense of company in my life. How can I do it?
