I hate being a NEET

I'm a F(21) and I haven't work in about a year almost 2 years, I mainly haven't been able to get job let alone keep one due to my epilepsy. It was over small things like having a seizure during my first week of work or the job not fixing their blinking lights that has almost caused me a seizure( Alot of misogyny was involved with this job). I don't have transportation let alone a drivers license, I've been trying to figure out the money to go to college. Jobs don't want me due to the gap in my resume, I love working and making money with a passion and it kills me not being able too. I feel like im going insane, I hate being at home and not interacting with people. I feel disgusted having to rely on other people for their money, I know they understand my situation but it feels like pity yet I know it's not. I just don't know what to do?
