What can be done about the smell in and around Turbhe, Koparkhairane, Ghansoli area?

Hi guys. I'm living in Nerul and travel by local for work. Whenever I pass by the Koparkhairane-Turbhe area in the evenings, I always get this foul smell. I'm pretty sure its caused by the discharge released by the industries there, and I'm also pretty sure they aren't treating the discharge before releasing it, otherwise it wouldn't have smelled so bad. My question is what can be done about it? Does anyone have any idea which industries are responsible, whom to contact, responsible government offices, etc? Honestly any help would be appreciated. I plan to take this case to the concerned authorities as its a serious and dangerous thing, ie what these industries are doing. People can develop serious life-long diseases from it. Thank you!
