Sorry state of affairs at Seawoods Station

I have been staying in Navi Mumbai since 20 years now and have seen the infrastructure and facilities grow. It's been about 8-9 years since the station was started and I'm disappointed at how bad is the maintenance. The walls are spat upon, dustbins are overflowing. None of the indicators are working. Beggars' kids steal your food and run away. The washroom stinks because of the which the entire parking area stinks. If the government can't handle it, why don't they outsource it to a private company like Vashi Railway Station? Do you think writing a written complaint to the station master will help? Because I am paying taxes and I expect atleast the indicator to work at the railway station, if not anything else
