Sick dog

I found this sick looking dog who looks like she(?) has been starving and is severely infected. I fed her some biscuits I had, but she's stumbling around while trying to walk. Near Nerul LP bus stop. If anyone can help her out or contact an NGO, it'd be awesome. Thank you ❤
