Seeking recommendations for the best tiramisu, herbal cigarette

I know, tiramisu & herbal cigarette sounds weird in one sentence. 😀 A friend is visiting over the weekend from T3 city. They want to try the best tiramisu(s) and herbal cigarette(s). Please recommend some. I have already seen few spots, but in Bandra. Any idea if they can deliver to Navi Mumbai? All the suggestions are welcomed. :)
