PG recommendations in Nerul

Hey gang, my sister is shifting to Navi Mumbai from Jan - April/June for an internship. Her office is at MIDC Shirvane and I’ve been told that Nerul is nearby. We figured it would be too much hassle for her to find a flat, flatmate and set it all up for such a short duration. We’re looking for a coliving space or PG for her. Unisex works as long as security is good. There are lots of such places in Mumbai but google search in Navi Mumbai isn’t generating great leads. I’m asking here because having lived in such arrangements, I know that reviews are often deleted & there are hygiene, safety and other issues with delay in receiving the security deposit, undue or hidden charges etc. Having some good recommendations would help a lot.
