Need suggestion to open my makeup studio

So I have done professional makeup course from Lakme and want to open my own makeup studio. But at the same time I dnt want to leave my job till I start making profit from my makeup business. So is there any place (preferably near Kharghar) which I use during weekend for my makeup studio?
