Need help with Broadband/Wifi service provider

I have been using Airtel Xtreme for a while now and i gotta say its so shit. It never works even tried customer care but its of no use. Even tried upgrading my plan to 300mbps but its of no use. PLEASE help me and recommend what should i use also let me know what you have been using and is it good. Thank You.
