Need Advice

Helloo!! 21M here currently doing distance learning and living in Mumbai and working in jewellery line from last 2.5 years and I still don’t know what to do to earn more currently I have a salary of 40k per month and the living expenses are on the company as I am not from Mumbai but there’s no more growth in this company where I am working rn what should I do to earn more purse a full time MBA or change my field from Jewellery. I am so confused rn.
