Is sector 11 khoparkharne a nice area to live?

I have a option to get a 1RK opp near reliance fresh, not a tall building. But looks peaceful, any expert here who can tell if it's a good option in terms of electricity & water are they proper. Any issues with that area or flats? Also how nearby is street food & where can you get affordable thalis & is it walkable to vashi main road?
