HELP ME FIND THIS MAN

This is the man that hit and run my mother on a bike, this is the face he made when I took picture of him after the accident. His name is Shashank Hande and his wife's name is Shital Hande. The duo were speeding on a bike and hit my 53 year old mother on 1st Jan, 2025. According to witnesses, he only stumbled a little but my mother was thrown across the road. Breaking her wrist to protect her fall, it she had not, she would have cracked her skull open. She had to get stitches near her temple regardless and still still covered in wounds. He and his wife refused to provide any identification proof and have completely disappeared. There's an FIR filed against him but it's been 2 plus weeks and the police are obviously taking their sweet time. He has to pay for not only the extreme medical damages my mother has suffered from but also has to face the consequences of his actions. He lives in Navi Mumbai. Please please help me find him.
