Help a future navi mumbaikar pick an area to stay

I have to relocate to Navi Mumbai due to job change. My office is in Vashi. I am hearing so many things about different areas but not able to finalise on anything. My requirements are * Not too far from Vashi. I can commute by local train. I saw city flo buses too. They would work too. 30 to 40 minutes commute by local is fine. * Preferably 2 bhk but fine with 1 bhk too. I don’t want to overspend. Something around 30k for a good semi furnished property (with AC). * Planning to stay for max 1 year. * Don’t want to live in a very old building. Don’t need any amenities but gym, swimming pools should be nearby if not in the society. * need good, covered parking Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
