Elbow pain after simultaneous machine bicep curls and preacher curls
I have elbow pain after simultaneous machine bicep curls, skull crushers and preacher curls I didn't go to the gym for a week and today I mostly did arms and shouldder exercises. My weight is 56kgs. During machine bicep curls, I started off light with 5kg and gradually increased upto 14kg.. Then I directly went to 23kg and was pushing myself to failure. Then while holding my elbow downwards while releasing the bar, i oticed some sensation in my elbows.. I think it took about 2-3 seconds for me to release it back to the ground. After that, I stretched my elbows and didn't notice anything concerning really... I proceeded with 4-5 reps of that 23kg after which I reached my failure. Then i did skull crushers of 2.5kgs 3 sets each of 10 reps. and then some shoulder workouts. After my workout, I noticed my right elbow to be slightly more sore. There was some sensation but not any sharp pain. Now while showering after getting home, there was a sharp sensation for 1 second and then it stopped. My elbows feel slightly weak.. What might it be? And what should I do5
