Coldplay tickets aren't being delivered

My friend who lives abroad got tickets and he's giving me the tickets. Unfortunately, the delivery otp from bluedart isn't coming on his phone number and now idk what to do. If i have to collect his tickets from the venue, what do i have to do? Please help.
