Broke up after 1 n a half year

So I(20M) was dating this girl(21M) from my college time, her family caught us and restricted her to step out the house for months, since then we kept drifting away from each other and today we finally broke up, I feel sad. I dont have any friends/family in the area and no one to talk to, I just keep crying every half hour
