Anybody been hit with this weird viral?

Hey, its been exactly a week and I have been having constant fever, it stays around 102-103°F and at times touches 104°F. I have been hospitalized 3 days ago and went through multiple tests and doctor mentioned everything came negative ( Malaria , typhoid and dengue ). It's the 3rd day still no idea and doc mentioned it's probably a viral and i should feel better in 48,72hrs The worst thing is not only the temparature but the insane shivering and weakness and I'm just 21. I wanted to see if this is something common in the recent times or is it just me?
