Looking for a decent 1bhk between Vashi and Kharghar - around 50L

Preferred without brokerage, ready-to-move property, decent connectivity - if anyone is looking to sell their flats or know someone who wants to, please dm! We’ve tried magicbricks premium/nobroker/housing.com etc. Half the leads we got were almost fake/not available. I’m aware Vashi Nerul Seawoods may be out of this budget range, but not sure. Also new to reddit, so not sure if this is the right community to ask for help!
