[Serious] A cancer patient needs some help with Tata memorial hospital khargar

Update: Got the help, its sorted now Hello folks One of my friend residing in Surat needs help in getting a query answered from Tata memorial hospital Khargar related to whether doctor will be available and consultation date/time for his mother's cancer treatment. He has already tried calling but it didn't help. If someone is able to help by visiting and querying please DM. FYI: Also exploring if swiggy genie or similar service folks can help. Any help is appeeciated.
