Looking to buy a new under construction place in Navi Mumbai and beyond for a family of 6 including aging parents. Priorities including security, lesser pollution, open greener spaces for walking.

We are getting gentrified out of Ghatkopar and cannot afford a place here. I am looking at Navi Mumbai - Vashi, Nerul, Seawoods, Belapur, Kharghar and similar areas. Why women travel in Men's compartment in trains??

I've nothing against women but lately I've seen wom en travel in men's compartment alot. Is there no space in women's compartment, no there is in the morning. If mother or old ladies travelling together or any reason it's justified. If any of you know please reply and let me know. It's really not understandable.

Investing in Croma products is the worst thing you could do in 2025

This is a rant. We have 2 ACs at home and we switched out one of the old one's for a new Croma AC around 2 months ago. This has literally been the worst electronics purchase in my whole life. There's only one problem with the AC but it's an instant dealbreaker. The outer unit is LOUD AF. It's so loud the whole neighbourhood can hear it, and they've let us know quite a few times. What are some good sectors in khoparkharne? Which is walking distance to station & main road which goes to vashi? For renting flat

Please recommend which sectors are good in khoparkharne, I want walking distance accessibility to both khoparkharne station and main road that goes to vashi from where I can get sharing auto to Vashi. Also Market's should be close by, I visited sector 5 & 20 both were good but sector 11 was complete opposite & very far. I'm tired of visiting flats for rental.
