Investing in Croma products is the worst thing you could do in 2025

This is a rant. We have 2 ACs at home and we switched out one of the old one's for a new Croma AC around 2 months ago. This has literally been the worst electronics purchase in my whole life. There's only one problem with the AC but it's an instant dealbreaker. The outer unit is LOUD AF. It's so loud the whole neighbourhood can hear it, and they've let us know quite a few times. We are forced to keep that thing running at 26 degrees so that it doesn't get loud for too long. We had a Panasonic before this one, and we still have another Voltas running but they have never been such an inconvenience.
