What's with autowalas in seawood area not going by meter and charging 30 rupees for minimum distance

Most of the time it's sharing understandable they get 7 rupees extra and we gotta save 13 rupees but why are all of the autowalas charge 30 rupees for minimum distance in name of sharing. Today similar incident happened with me and I straight up asked him drop me at police station there we can discuss the whole pricing scene. He threw some fit but I didn't let him take my precious hard earned 7 rupees. Pls be a responsible citizen and don't pay extra this way otherwise the navi mumbai auto scene would be similar to banglore iykyk
