Rent for 1 BHK in Cidco areas like Mansarovar, Kharghar bus terminus and Baman dongri

So I might buy a flat in the new lottery scheme. Where Kharghar is costing 48 lakhs Mansarovar 41 lakhs And Baman dongri Ulwe also 41 lakhs Purpose is rental income only, Please don't give advice on SIP and FDs, a good deal real estate triumphs everything. That's why I asking the ongoing rates for 1bhk rent in those areas. Vashi is costing too high -74 lakhs , otherwise I would have gone for that. I admit this is bloated but still less than builder , I already have one in ghansoli and it is fetching me good rent and price is 3x of what I applied , there are quality issues but even Lodha- hiranandani has those seepage leakage issues.
