So they had a sale from 17th-19th Jan 2025. In which as per the marketing gimmick they said iPhone 16 will be for 24,999.Anways we knew that won’t be true we visited the store and tried to understand the scheme. The salesperson there told us about all the cash back discounts etc which was very similar to Vijay sales etc.HOWEVER THE CATCH WAS THAT HE TOLD US IF WE EXCHANGE THE PHONE WITHIN A YEAR THEY WILL GIVE US RETURN VALUE OF 84%. We thought that’s a good deal since I can upgrade my phone every year.However I happened to visit the store again after the sale to ask a written confirmation for the buy back.Then comes the big shock they said that though i paid 68k (after cash back) for purchasing iPhone 16. The 84 % exchange value within a year won’t be on 68K.It will be on some random 58k coz there were some hidden inaugural benefits and something. So ideally they fooled many customers made huge sales by lying and their untrained staff ( salesperson) were giving wrong information so that people are lured to buy the phone. Unethical and fraud reseller do not buy anything from them.
