How is Navi mumbai As whole for Business in terms of crowd,working class and purchasing power. My friend runs small outlet of fashion jewellery and imported ladies accessories in pune and wants start something in Navi Mumbai. High rents in seawood and vashi hence not considering those areas presently. Considering areas from Nerul (dy patil college)to kharghar , kamothe kalamboli panvel and new panvel. Planning to start a small outlet and then expand to other areas. Please suggest other ideas too and provide inputs for above too. Not considering franchise model , medical store Restaurant and cafe. He is not experienced in this field.
