Feeling Very Sad Today

I am here to write about the incident which happened with me today. My office hours are 9 hours.I go from 9.30 to 6.30. My lead works from 9.30 to 8.30 or 9 I don't know.He has open time to discuss about the things after 6.30 only. I go to him in morning only and discuss the stuff to obviously avoid not staying more than 9 hours . So , he mailed the HoD that this guy is not giving me updates about the task which I give to him . So, today HoD and He were telling me that this attitude is not good , you don't work properly, you don't report your work to manager. I am feeling very helpless that I am working far from home alone . I have given my 2 years to the firm. But they are saying that you don't work properly. The sad feeling is because they will never appreciate or admire whatever work I am doing,but they always point out this things. Hope Indian Corporate will learn this basics someday.
