FAQ on flamingos in navi mumbai 🦩🦩🦩

Seeing lots of posts asking for this so thought I'd make a post. sometimes if you end up at wrong time it's completely empty and you'd be like wtf where are all the birds! Best time to watch them is during high tide. They come to the internal lakes during high tide and go to mudflats and mangroves during low tide. One of the best experiences is watching them fly in/fly out over you. They fly in about 2 hours before high tide and fly out about 2 hours after. Lastly, we need to work to preserve these amazing wetlands. For some reason they want to build a golf course there, even though barely 15 mins away there is a huge kharghar golf course. Adani realty is building an apartment complex next to talawe which was billed as golf course view or something. Going close to them, throwing stones and creating a ruckus are to be absolutely avoided
