Data selling Scam. Beware!!

My sister ordered products from Hyphen(Beauty care website)which were delivered today, Later on she got a call from (+919674920964) a lady who acted as sales senior executive from Hyphen, She claimed that they are giving 5 random customers(lucky draw)( we soon realised that this is fishy/scam), an opportunity to choose any 1 of 5 gifts for free, 1-Tv, 2-Mobile(Iphone), 3-Fridge,4-Laptop ,5-Ac. She recited our whole order & address+ mobile number to confirm everything.She said all warranty, guarantee,invoice related to the product we choose will be shared over whatsapp, and product will be delivered in a week. She then proceeded to forward the call to her senior ( was asking some payment of gift voucher of Rs 4000 for verification & stuff))before that i asked sister to decline & end the conversation. I am furious that these companies (seller or delivery) sell the data so easily to anyone, even after knowing the consequences that can happen, very poor implementation of Digital Laws.
