The loud biker

This is about a biker creating kind of nuisance in the area at night has bike with loudest silencer(RE most probably) raves it quite uncessarily making noise, roams around in the east nagpur area followed by group of 10-12 bikes all guys 2/3 on each bike it happened on night of 13th and again today... curious what all this is about ?
