Rapper/ singers networking

I do rap music and I'm looking for someone who is also interested in music. I'm writing some melodic/ hard rap songs. I want to network with some upcoming artists so that i can create, record, collaborate and produce some good music. If possible I'm looking forward to form a group/band which will work together to bring fresh new music.
