Need Help regarding ews certificate

So I'm a kshatriya kurmi by caste... We come under obc category as per the central list. I have applied for mhtcet examination as a general (the state government doesn't recognise kurmi idk why) . And I need help to get general ews certificate... My parents talked to a broker or something... But he's demanding 5-7k money... Kindly help me out with it.. My parents hail from Bihar They're in ngp from the year 2001
