My Basic Expectations from NMC

My basic demands from the NMC and the Administration: 1. Clean public toilets every 200 meters 2. Trash cans everywhere. 3. No tolerance to spitting on the roads 4. A reliable emergency number that takes care of traffic, medical emergency and crime; without asking 10000 questions to the dialer. 5. Proper, timely maintenance of the infrastructure. 6. Someone with better aesthetic sense for beautification of the city. Someone installed those obnoxious lights on the dividers and on the footpath. Feels like you are in a dance-bar. That's it. Is it too much to ask for?
