Is Babbu Mominpura safe to order? Hygiene and quality wise

I love Biryani, and apparently, Babbu has the best biryani in town. My dad says that the restaurant is quite dirty. Has someone been there recently? Can someone confirm if it's safe and hygienic to order from there? Much appreciated?
