How can lokmat advertise a convicted r@pist?

Saw a few recent posts on r/nagpur which talks about the rallies and posters of 'Asaram Bapu' in the city and today he made his appearance on front page of Lokmat newspaper. Like how tf is this guy operating in our city and who are the people participating in this rallies??? This whole thing is concerning where a r@pist is getting supported 😔
