    Fed up with Airfiber

    I wanted to shift the airtel's xtream airfiber broadband connection so I put the request from the app 4-5 times. I don't know how the request get registered as shifting of DTH Connection and got connected with the respective calling team and they telling me to request for "shift Wifi". I was like that's what I did. Anyways they gave me toll free number to request for shift wifi connection via call. And following the instructions it says your number is incorrect. And after visiting the airtel store the representative says "If it's is showing that your number is incorrect it means that it is not registered" I mean how the heck it is not registered I've been using the service for 8 months now and it's still not registered? Then she suggests to close the connection of the old address and take new connection for the new address where all the router and other box will be new. Then I thought if I am taking the new connection why not change the service provider. Do let me know the service of jio or tata.
