Did you ever seen this plant- Lepironia articulata in nagpur

Hey all, l am searching for this plant from last one year but failed to find one. I recently hear that this is available in nagpur are. Usually in marshes, wetlands. It has no leaves, a stem which hollow and grows to height of 1-2m. There is small flower typeaseen at top as in the picture. If you have seen it somewhere. DM me. It would be very helpful for me.
