Accident with Truck

Hit and run case Was driving a MUV Saved by gods grace (not a single scratch) Wasn’t wearing seatbelt (as I remember) (near death experience) Cars left side was destroyed Truck was over speeding Incident occurred at Chapru square(CA ROAD) Need help getting its footage. What are my rights?
