My father has Parkinson since 2 years. He had paralysis in 2022 but is better now, walks & does his own chores. But he still walks a bit crooked, can't balance like a normal person should. He is obese & needs physiotherapy to better his cognitive & physical health. I want to know the best physiotherapy centers for this which also has doctors like neurologist or neurosurgeons. Please suggest the best.
