Looking for 30*40 plot near Infosys

Hello, Was looking for 30*40 plots somewhere near behind infosys(I’m open for other areas too). Purpose - For future residence, I’m basically from DK, sullia side. We already have land there, I work in Bangalore. So I just want to buy a property in Mysore for future for my parent to move. Why Mysore ? Because it’ll be easy for me to travel between Bangalore and also take care of our estate in sullia. What area would you suggest with max 3k per sqft? Thinking of building if needed in another 10 years or so? Thanks!
