Gopalan tech park in Mysuru ( 5 million sq ft area).

I came across this project from gopalan and upon completion this would be the biggest tech park by office space area in any tier 2 city of India. Can anyone one from Mysuru throw more light about ground reality regarding how's office space demand, IT sector growth in city? Mysuru real estate ella heng belita ide?
