I have a damaged sewer line in front of my residence in Kuvempunagar, which is leaking and flowing into the rainwater gutters. While the water is not stagnant, it emits a strong, pungent odor, and I am concerned that mosquitoes in the area could pick up infections, posing a health risk. Having recently returned, I am unsure who is responsible for addressing this issue and ensuring it gets fixed. I have already reported it to the corporation’s Twitter handle, but their response—simply “noted”—does not inspire confidence that any concrete action will be taken.
