Looking for a good gated society in Mysore

Hello, Yellarigu Namaskara 🙏 We are a family originally from Hubli, KA but currently living in Berlin. We plan to move to Mysuru within the span of 2-3 years, and are planning to buy a condominium apartment in a posh society. We are looking into upcoming projects specifically. We are looking for close proximity to good schools, hospitals, yoga classes, eateries etc. Sankalp group and Brigade are on the list for sure. But any other suggestions or leads from here will be damn helpful! Thanks :)
