How do you source your house help in Mysuru

Note : op made brownie ( just a clickbait to make sure you don’t ignore my post) . . . I have a secondary residence at Mysuru and there are two people staying in it full time. Alongside, I am also in the verge of launching my first Airbnb as well at the foothills of Chamundi hills . . So I need a help or eye opening about how I can find a social help (hygiene Checks, cook, daily errands, garden overlook-up ) 1. I can accommodate them with a 1BHK with no rent, 3 meals, and a compensation of 15k to 20 k if they stay here full time ( a family itself - husband, wife and kid 2.
