Where to live and play?? Iam ready to pay 40-45K p.m in BKC as my office is in BKC. However, I need sports in my life and badminton/squash courts are charging 1500-2000 per hour which is insane. Visited Haji Ali Dargah today after years and here’s what I observed 1. The Dargah is being run very poorly by the trust. No proper infrastructure and no around to assist or provide any sort of control/support. 2. The route towards the Dargah has improved massively, the tunnel like structure built in the route helps in the scorching heat. Very well appreciated. 3. The no of beggars has reduced a lot. Travelling to Sakinaka is a nightmare. Wtf is up with Sakinaka? I have to travel everyday from Chembur to Sakinaka. Takes me 1 hr+, and it’s just 7 kms on paper. Traffic is insufferable. And don’t even suggest odd hours. It’s packed all the fucking time. So much construction is going on, and multiple lane closures at the same time. Not to forget that place is FILTHY! My mom is elderly and sensitive to dust, so I’m concerned about whether the soil and dust from the park might be an issue.
