The 10 accused who fought on Shukla side, all are marathi speaking maharastrians. They know Shukla family since decades. This is a personal enimity which has now become a migrant-bhoomi putra issue. I am afraid this kind of events will keep on happening where any fight between two opposite groups will turn into political slug fest. The only reason behind this is BJP got a thumping majority and demographics in Mumbai has changed a lot, but despite that Marathi speaking population is still a strong vote bank and Shivsena UBT and MNS both will try to take this issue now and then to consolidate their base. I remember during the 2009 Raj Thackeray rada, many skirmishes happened purely because of personal animosity. Any functioning democracy setup requires a villain to keep the show going, since 2014 the villain were Muslims in Mumbai ,I think now the new villains would be non Marathi speaking population .
