Shifting to Navi Mumbai

Hello All Reliance offering me 18 LPA And am from vadodara gujarat Is it advisable to shift to navi mumbai with small family 3 people in 18 LPA ctc! Of should I negotiate for more upto 23 LPA? My life style is normal not that much fancy how much rental for 1 bhk and other expences shall be considered? Office location will be Dhirubhai knowledge center kopar khairane / Ghansoli. #navimumbai
