Rental guidance

Hey all, needed your opinion on this. My mother passed away unfortunately couple years ago. We have a house that is only on her name. Now this house is on rent and the current tenants wish to leave. So to get new tenants, how should we approach with my mother’s name on the house. It’s just my brother, my dad and me left now. Thanks for reading.
